本發(fā)明涉及將已知化合物4-[[[(3-甲氧基-4,5-二氫-4-甲基-5-氧基-1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-羰基]-氨基]-磺?;鵠-5-甲基噻吩基-3-羧酸甲酯(別名5-甲氧基-4-甲基-2-[(4-甲氧羰基-2-甲基噻吩-3-基)磺?;被驶鵠-2,4-二氫-3H-1,2,4-三唑-3-酮;“式(I)化合物”)及其鹽,尤其是其鈉鹽選擇性控制有用作物中的阿披拉草屬雜草,尤其是控制谷類和玉米作物中的這類雜草的用途。
經(jīng)取代的噻吩基磺?;被驶蜻惣捌潲},用于制備該化合物的方法,以及將其用作除草劑是更早專利申請(qǐng)的主題(參見(jiàn)WO01/05788,WO 03/026427,WO 03/026426)。在這些專利申請(qǐng)中在式(I)化合物之外所描述的經(jīng)取代的噻吩基磺?;被驶蜻惥哂信c用于本發(fā)明使用的式(I)化合物非常相似的分子結(jié)構(gòu),然而不同于本發(fā)明中的化合物對(duì)于某些雜草植物例如阿披拉草屬具有較差作用或作用缺陷。
出人意外地,與上述結(jié)構(gòu)相似的化合物對(duì)比,恰恰是式(I)化合物,尤其是當(dāng)與安全劑一起使用時(shí)對(duì)于谷類例如尤其是小麥和玉米品種的具有非常優(yōu)良的耐受性,具有相當(dāng)強(qiáng)的控制谷類作物或玉米作物中的某些難于控制的阿披拉草屬雜草的作用,因此其特別適用于有效并選擇性控制尤其是小麥和玉米作物中的阿披拉草屬雜草。在上述接近于式(I)化合物的對(duì)照化合物中所觀察到的作用缺陷不會(huì)出現(xiàn)在式(I)化合物及其鹽的雜草譜中。
本發(fā)明主題是式(I)的5-甲氧基-4-甲基-2-[(4-甲氧羰基-2-甲基噻吩-3-基)-磺酰基氨基羰基]-2,4-二氫-3H-1,2,4-三唑-3-酮化合物和/或其鹽用于選擇性控制有用作物,尤其是谷類作物例如小麥作物或玉米作物中的阿披拉草屬雜草的用途
本發(fā)明進(jìn)一步提供一種選擇性控制有用作物中,尤其是谷類作物,特別是例如小麥作物或玉米作物中的阿披拉草屬雜草的方法,該方法包括將式(I)化合物和/或其鹽與表面活性劑和/或常規(guī)增容劑一起施用于有用作物,例如谷類作物或玉米作物中。
式(I)化合物是已知的(參見(jiàn)WO 01/05788)。
式(I)化合物顯示了廣譜的除草活性。其同樣地可以用于控制如下雜草,尤其是玉米和谷類作物中的雜草如下屬的雙子葉雜草白芥屬(Sinapis),獨(dú)行菜屬(Lepidium),豬殃殃屬(Galium),繁縷屬(Stellaria),母菊屬(Matricaria),春黃菊屬(Anthemis),牛滕菊屬(Galinsoga),藜屬(Chenopodium),蕁麻屬(Urtica),千里光屬(Senecio),莧屬(Amaranthus),馬齒莧屬(Portulaca),蒼耳屬(Xanthium),旋花屬(Convolvulus),番薯屬(Ipomoea),蓼屬(Polygonum),田箐屬(Sesbania),豚草屬(Ambrosia),薊屬(Cirsium),飛廉屬(Carduus),苦苣菜屬(Sonchus),茄屬(Solanum),蔊菜屬(Rorippa),節(jié)節(jié)菜屬(Rotala),母草屬(Lindernia),野芝麻屬(Lamium),婆婆納屬(Veronica),苘麻屬(Abutilon),刺酸模屬(Emex),曼陀羅屬(Datura),蔓長(zhǎng)春花屬(Viola),鼬瓣花屬(Galeopsis),罌粟屬(Papaver),矢車菊屬(Centaurea),車軸草屬(Trifolium),毛茛屬(Ranunculus),蒲公英屬(Taraxacum)。
如下屬的單子葉雜草稗屬(Echinochloa),狗尾草屬(Setaria),黍?qū)?Panicum),馬唐屬(Digitaria),梯牧草屬(Phleum),早熟禾屬(Poa),羊茅屬(Festuca),牛筋草屬(Eleusine),臂形草屬(Brachiaria),黑麥草屬(Lolium),雀麥屬(Bromus),燕麥屬(Avena),莎草屬(Cyperus),高梁屬(Sorghum),冰草屬(Agropyron),狗牙根屬(Cynodon),雨久花屬(Monochoria),飄拂草屬(Fimbristylis),慈姑屬(Sagittaria),荸薺屬(Eleocharis),藨草屬(Scirpus),雀稗屬(Paspalum),鴨嘴草屬(Ischaemum),尖瓣花屬(Sphenoclea),龍爪茅屬(Dactyloctenium),剪股穎屬(Agrostis),看麥娘屬(Alopecurus),山羊草屬(Aegilops),虉草屬(Phalaris)。
式(I)化合物及其鹽的用途不限于上述植物,然而也可以同樣地?cái)U(kuò)至其它植物。
當(dāng)施用至土壤和土壤上的植物部分時(shí),式(I)化合物及其鹽顯示了強(qiáng)除草活性和廣譜作用。其適用于在單子葉作物,尤其是谷類,特別是小麥和玉米作物中苗前和苗后選擇性控制單子葉和雙子葉雜草。
通過(guò)向含有式(I)化合物的除草組合物加入安全劑可以提高作物的耐受性。
下組化合物是尤其適宜的安全劑1)二氯苯基吡唑啉-3-羧酸類化合物,優(yōu)選化合物例如描述于WO91/07874中的1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-5-(乙氧羰基)-5-甲基-2-吡唑啉-3-羧酸乙酯(S1-1)(“吡咯二酸二乙酯”,已知于British CropProtection Council的e-Pesticide Manual(農(nóng)藥手冊(cè)),2002-2003,第12版,編者C.D.S.Tomlin=“e-PM”),以及相關(guān)化合物。
2)二氯苯基吡唑羧酸衍生物,優(yōu)選化合物例如EP-A-333 131和EP-A-269 806中所描述的1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-5-甲基吡唑-3-羧酸乙酯(S1-2)、1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-5-異丙基吡唑-3-羧酸乙酯(S1-3)、1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-5-(1,1-二甲基乙基)吡唑-3-羧酸乙酯(S1-4)、1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-5-苯基吡唑-3-羧酸乙酯(S1-5),以及相關(guān)化合物。
3)三唑羧酸類化合物,優(yōu)選化合物例如解草唑,即1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-5-三氯甲基-(1H)-1,2,4-三唑-3-羧酸乙酯(S1-6,解草唑乙酯,已知于e-PM)以及相關(guān)化合物(參見(jiàn)EP-A-174 562和EP-A-346620)。
4)5-芐基-或5-苯基-2-異唑啉-3-羧酸類或5,5-二苯基-2-異唑啉-3-羧酸化合物,優(yōu)選化合物例如描述于WO 91/08202中的5-(2,4-二氯芐基)-2-異唑啉-3-羧酸乙酯(S1-7)或5-苯基-2-異唑啉-3-羧酸酯(S1-8)以及相關(guān)化合物,或描述于專利申請(qǐng)WO-A-95/07897中的5,5-二苯基-2-異唑啉羧酸乙酯(S1-9,雙苯羧酸乙酯)或正丙酯(S1-10),或5-(4-氟苯基)-5-苯基-2-異唑啉-3-羧酸乙酯(S1-11)。
5)8-喹啉氧基乙酸類化合物(S2),優(yōu)選化合物例如描述于EP-A-86 750、EP-A-94 349和EP-A-191 736或EP-A-O 492 366中的1-甲基己-1-基(5-氯-8-喹啉氧基)乙酸酯(S2-1,解草酯,已知于e-PM),1,3-二甲基丁-1-基(5-氯-8-喹啉氧基)乙酸酯(S2-2),4-烯丙氧基丁基(5-氯-8-喹啉氧基)乙酸酯(S2-3),1-烯丙氧基丙-2-基(5-氯-8-喹啉氧基)乙酸酯(S2-4),(5-氯-8-喹啉氧基)乙酸乙酯(S2-5),(5-氯-8-喹啉氧基)乙酸甲酯(S2-6),(5-氯-8-喹啉氧基)乙酸烯丙酯(S2-7),2-(2-亞丙基亞氨基氧基)-1-乙基(5-氯-8-喹啉氧基)乙酸酯(S2-8),2-氧基-丙-1-基(5-氯-8-喹啉氧基)乙酸酯(S2-9)以及相關(guān)化合物。
6)(5-氯-8-喹啉氧)丙二酸類化合物,優(yōu)選化合物例如描述于EP-A-0 582 198中的(5-氯-8-喹啉氧基)丙二酸二乙酯、(5-氯-8-喹啉氧基)丙二酸二烯丙酯、(5-氯-8-喹啉氧基)丙二酸甲基乙基酯以及相關(guān)化合物。
7)嘧啶類活性物質(zhì),例如“解草啶”(已知于British CropProtection Council的e-PM,2002-2003,第12版,編者C.D.S.Tomlin=“e-PM”)(=4,6-二氯-2-苯基嘧啶)。

優(yōu)選的安全劑為解草嗪、吡咯二酸、解草唑、雙苯唑酸、喹氧乙酸及其C1-C10-烷基酯,尤其是解草嗪(S4-1)、吡咯二酸二乙酯(S1-1)、解草唑乙酯(S1-6)、雙苯唑酸乙酯(S1-9)、解草酯(S2-1),以及(S3-1)。
本說(shuō)明書(shū)同樣提供并非先前特定所述WO 03/026427的主題并且包含由式(I)化合物和該說(shuō)明書(shū)中所述安全劑之一所組成的活性物質(zhì)組合的除草組合物。其尤其適用于選擇性控制谷類和玉米作物中的雜草。
現(xiàn)已出人意外地發(fā)現(xiàn)多種已知的安全劑或解毒劑能對(duì)抗除草劑對(duì)作物的損害作用,特別是上述某些特定的安全劑適用于幾乎完全消除視需要與一種或多種下列已知除草共組分相組合的式(I)活性成分及其鹽對(duì)作物的損害作用,并且同時(shí)對(duì)雜草的除草活性無(wú)不利影響。

(L-膦絲菌素,L-草銨膦) (Bilanfos=LPhosphinothricyl-L-丙氨酰-L-丙氨酸)當(dāng)與來(lái)自不同化合物類的已知除草化合物一起施用時(shí),值得注意的是式(I)化合物與共組分的組合顯示了控制雜草的顯著增效作用和/或顯著提高了作物的耐受性,并且可以作為廣譜組合產(chǎn)品尤其有利地用于選擇性控制有用作物中的雜草,例如棉花、大麥、玉米、馬鈴薯、水稻、大豆、向日葵、小麥和甘蔗中,尤其是小麥和玉米中。
出人意外地,由式(I)化合物和所列共組分組成的本發(fā)明活性成分組合的除草活性顯著高于單個(gè)活性成分作用之和。
因此,存在不可預(yù)見(jiàn)的增效作用并且不僅僅是補(bǔ)充作用。該活性成分組合在多種作物中良好耐受,并且還對(duì)其它難于控制的雜草提供有效的控制作用。因此,該新的活性化合物組合物是頗有價(jià)值的除草劑。
本發(fā)明的活性成分組合的增效作用在某一濃度比例下尤其顯著。盡管如此,其仍能在相對(duì)寬的范圍內(nèi)改變活性成分組合中的活性成分的重量比。通常來(lái)說(shuō),對(duì)于1重量份的式(I)活性成分來(lái)說(shuō),優(yōu)選0.05至100重量份的共組分。尤其優(yōu)選的混合物含有0.1至10重量份的共組分相對(duì)于1重量份的式(I)活性成分。
只要活性成分組合的除草作用大于所施用的各活性成分的除草作用,則該除草劑存在增效作用。
所給定的兩種除草劑相組合的預(yù)期作用可以如下計(jì)算(參見(jiàn)COLBY,S.R.“計(jì)算除草組合物的增效和拮抗作用”,Weeds 15,第20-22頁(yè),1967)。

按照本發(fā)明,特別優(yōu)選處理在具體情形下市售可得的或在使用的植物品種的植物。植物品種應(yīng)理解為表示具有所定義的特征(“特性”),并且已通過(guò)常規(guī)育種、通過(guò)誘變或通過(guò)重組DNA技術(shù)獲得的植物。它們可以是品種型、生物屬型或基因型。
根據(jù)植物種類或植物栽培品種、它們的棲息地和生長(zhǎng)條件(土壤、氣候、植物生長(zhǎng)期、營(yíng)養(yǎng)),按照本發(fā)明的處理還可導(dǎo)致超加和的(“增效”)作用。因此,例如可達(dá)到減少用量和/或拓寬活性譜和/或提高本發(fā)明所用化合物和與其它活性農(nóng)業(yè)化學(xué)成分相組合的組合物的活性、改善作物生長(zhǎng)、增強(qiáng)對(duì)高或低溫的耐受性、增強(qiáng)作物對(duì)旱災(zāi)或水災(zāi)和土壤鹽量的耐受性、增加開(kāi)花性能、易于收獲、加速成熟、提高收獲量、提高收獲產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì)和/或提高產(chǎn)品的營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值、提高產(chǎn)品的儲(chǔ)存穩(wěn)定性和/或可加工性,這些超出了實(shí)際所期望的效果。

所列的植物可以以特別有利的方式用式(I)化合物進(jìn)行處理,對(duì)雜草的有效控制進(jìn)一步伴隨著上述對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)基因植物或植物栽培品種的增效作用。對(duì)于活性成分和/或混合物來(lái)說(shuō),上述優(yōu)選范圍也適用于處理這些植物。特別強(qiáng)調(diào)的是用本文中特別提及的化合物和/或混合物處理植物。

這些制劑通常通過(guò)例如將活性成分與增容劑,即液體溶劑和/或固體載體,視需要與表面活性劑即乳化劑和/或分散劑,和/或起泡劑相混合制得。
若所使用的增容劑包括水,則也可以使用有機(jī)溶劑作為助溶劑。適宜的液體溶劑基本上包括如下化合物芳烴例如二甲苯、甲苯或烷基萘,氯化芳烴化合物如氯苯,氯化脂肪族烴化合物例如氯乙烯或二氯甲烷,脂肪族烴如環(huán)己烷,或石蠟,石油餾分,礦物油和植物油,醇類如丁醇或乙二醇及其醚和酯,酮類如丙酮、甲基乙基酮、甲基異丁基酮或環(huán)己酮,強(qiáng)極性溶劑如二甲基甲酰胺和二甲亞砜,以及水。
適宜的固體載體包括如下化合物例如銨鹽和天然石粉,例如高嶺土、粘土、滑石、白堊、石英、硅鎂土、蒙脫土或硅藻土,以及合成石粉,例如高分散的氧化硅、氧化鋁和硅酸鹽;適用于顆粒的固體載體為例如碾碎的或分級(jí)的天然礦石如方解石、大理石、浮石、海泡石和白云石,以及有機(jī)和無(wú)機(jī)細(xì)粉狀的合成顆粒,以及有機(jī)材料顆粒如鋸屑、椰子殼、玉米芯和煙草桿;適宜的乳化劑和/或起泡劑為例如非離子和陰離子乳化劑如聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚,例如烷基芳基聚乙二醇醚、烷基磺酸酯、烷基硫酸酯、芳基磺酸酯以及蛋白質(zhì)水解產(chǎn)物;適宜的分散劑為例如木質(zhì)素-亞硫酸鹽廢液和甲基纖維素。
在制劑中可以使用粘合劑例如羧甲基纖維素,以及以粉末、顆?;蚰z乳狀的天然和合成的聚合物,例如阿拉伯樹(shù)膠、聚乙烯醇或聚乙酸乙烯酯,或其它的天然磷脂如腦磷脂或卵磷脂,以及合成磷脂。其它的添加劑可以為礦物油和植物油。
可以使用著色劑如無(wú)機(jī)顏料,例如氧化鐵、氧化鈦、普魯士藍(lán)(Ferrocyanblau),以及有機(jī)染料如茜素染料、偶氮染料或金屬酞花青染料,以及微量營(yíng)養(yǎng)素如鐵鹽、錳鹽、硼鹽、銅鹽、鈷鹽、鉬鹽或鋅鹽。
該制劑通常包含介于0.1和95重量%之間的活性物質(zhì),優(yōu)選介于0.5和90%之間。
式(I)化合物及其鹽可以以其制劑或通過(guò)進(jìn)一步稀釋該制劑所制得的使用形式來(lái)施用,例如即刻可用的溶液、懸浮劑、乳液、粉劑、糊劑和顆粒劑。其可以通過(guò)常規(guī)方法進(jìn)行施用,例如通過(guò)澆注、噴霧、彌霧、噴粉或撒播。
式(I)化合物及其鹽可以在植物出苗前和出苗后施用。其也可以在播種前混入土壤中。
所使用的活性成分的量可以在相對(duì)寬的范圍內(nèi)變化。這實(shí)質(zhì)上取決于所需作用的本質(zhì)。該施用量通常介于1g(有效8g)和125g式(I)活性成分/公頃土壤表面,優(yōu)選介于2g和60g/公頃之間,更優(yōu)選介于10g和30g/公頃之間。有創(chuàng)造性的最優(yōu)選施用量未10g至15g/公頃。
以某一濃度比率加入可以用于本發(fā)明方法中的安全劑,作物耐受活性成分組合的尤其有利作用特別顯著。然而,式(I)化合物與安全劑的重量比可以在相對(duì)寬的范圍內(nèi)變化。該重量比優(yōu)選為1至25重量份的安全劑和更優(yōu)選3至6重量份的安全劑/重量份的式(I)活性成分。
通過(guò)如下實(shí)施例來(lái)說(shuō)明式(I)化合物及其鹽的用途。
應(yīng)用實(shí)施例A.苗后試驗(yàn)/大田在德國(guó)和波蘭,于大田條件下的冬小麥中,測(cè)試式(I)化合物控制經(jīng)濟(jì)重要性雜草阿披拉草(Apera spica-venti)的作用。在所使用的農(nóng)業(yè)耕地上建立小區(qū)試驗(yàn),并且通過(guò)調(diào)查認(rèn)為其栽培條件和氣候在一定時(shí)期內(nèi)具有代表性。擇優(yōu)選擇具有特別高的雜草種群的區(qū)域。
通過(guò)噴霧中等大小的液滴,將活性成分苗后(春天)施用至整個(gè)區(qū)域。通過(guò)以10WP(10%w/w水分散粉劑)配制活性成分,與以15WG(15%w/w的水分散粒劑)的安全劑吡咯二酸二乙酯并與作為添加劑的烷基醚硫酸酯相混合來(lái)制得活性成分的適宜制劑,并且用常規(guī)量的水施用。
為了評(píng)價(jià)作物耐受性,待處理1至7周后,相比未處理對(duì)照的發(fā)育來(lái)說(shuō),以損害%來(lái)評(píng)定植物生長(zhǎng)抑制作用或葉片面積減輕作用。待處理一定時(shí)間后,相比未處理對(duì)照來(lái)說(shuō),基于雜草發(fā)育以減少%來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)除草活性。對(duì)此0%=對(duì)作物無(wú)損害或無(wú)除草作用,100%=分別完全毀滅作物或雜草。
