[0002]北卡羅萊納州立大學(xué)非織造布研宄中心的Fedorova et al.[FedorovaN,Pourdeyhimi B:High strength nylon micro—and nanofiber based nonwovensvia spunbonding.J Appl Polym Sci 2007,104 (5): 3434-3442.]利用錦給 6(N6)和PLA(Natureworks)制備不同的海島纖維(錦纟侖6為島,PLA為海),然后纖維網(wǎng)通過(guò)30m/min的水刺加固成織物。再將織物利用3%的NaOH溶液,在100°C處理1min去除掉PLA成分。通過(guò)溶掉PLA組分后,可以得到微米和納米纖維,并且纖維直徑可以達(dá)到0.36-1.3mm。
