[0002]目前,在涂裝行業(yè),金屬制品尤其是板材的涂裝,通常采用磷化工藝提高涂層與金屬的附著力。但磷化液使用溫度需達(dá)到45飛5°C,能耗高;磷化過(guò)程中生成大量沉渣,既浪費(fèi)了化學(xué)藥品又增加了清除廢渣的工作量,如處理不當(dāng)還會(huì)影響磷化膜的質(zhì)量;工序復(fù)雜,生產(chǎn)連貫性差。同時(shí),清理過(guò)程中需使用大量的強(qiáng)酸和強(qiáng)堿,增加污染物排放負(fù)荷。
